As a Supervisor, you will be the main contact for clients, overseeing communication initiatives, managing projects, budgets, and supporting team development.

Lead account teams to deliver high-quality medical education programs on time and on budget. Manage project workflow, client relationships, financials, strategic briefs, cross-functional coordination, and mentor junior account staff. Support account directors in strategy, proposals, and profitability while ensuring compliance with Canadian medical communications standards when applicable.

Lead brand and creative execution for health-related accounts: develop concepts, produce and review layouts for digital and print, ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance, present to clients, mentor art directors, and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
