Manage two engineering teams building Ethereum developer tooling (Hardhat and EDR). Provide technical leadership, own product roadmap, ensure timely delivery, conduct code and design reviews, mentor engineers, improve hiring and performance processes, and align stakeholders and community.

Own and drive Hardhat and EDR product roadmaps, define developer-facing APIs and UX, write PRDs, prioritize features, collaborate with engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, unblock teams, and ensure high-quality developer experiences across tooling and runtime components.
