Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud AI infrastructure services. Manage the full product lifecycle, conduct market and customer research, develop pricing and go-to-market strategies, translate business needs into product specifications, and coordinate engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. Guide infrastructure products for AI/ML workloads, evaluate emerging technologies, and optimize performance, scalability, and cost for model training and inference.

Provide 24/7 technical support for network management system products, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, manage outages, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, document incidents and root causes, and coordinate escalations with higher-level support and product teams. The role also maintains Salesforce records, supports knowledge management, communicates recovery risks, and builds customer relationships while meeting service-level agreements.

Validate and integrate firmware for 400G/800G ZR/ZR+ optical coherent pluggable modules. Develop and execute manual and automated CMIS-compliant test strategies, enhance Python automation on the PACE platform, analyze reports, investigate customer issues, and maintain Ottawa laboratory equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, document procedures and results, and provide on-site lab support at least three days per week.
