Teams at nesto

Develop and maintain nesto’s Salesforce environment, including data architecture, user interfaces, roles, business logic, backend integrations, and custom applications. Write modular, maintainable code and apply strong design, testing, debugging, and integration practices. Deliver projects independently or collaboratively, investigate complex bugs, and work with operations leadership to test and improve core business processes. The role requires advanced Salesforce development expertise, especially with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Flow, and LWC.

Own company-wide procurement requests from intake through signed agreements. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security; review contracts, negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders, manage procurement projects, track deadlines, and make purchasing decisions balancing business needs and financial constraints. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, adaptability, initiative, and bilingual French-English capability in a hybrid Montreal environment.

Lead 0→1 development of a new financial product: define vision and roadmap, run customer and market discovery, lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering/Design/Data/Risk/Compliance/GTM, set success metrics, and translate product capabilities into commercial value.
