Lead planning and execution of regional B2B events (conferences, hosted events, partner activations, roadshows). Own end-to-end event operations: venue sourcing, vendor management, budgets, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. Align events with sales to drive pipeline, manage CRM data and lead capture, track KPIs, and ensure brand and executive experience. Manage multiple concurrent events across the West with ~40-50% travel.
