Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile product experiences. Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, run research and experimentation, and drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization. Own launch readiness, post-launch evolution, and help scale the mobile product organization.

Lead the creation and pipeline design for procedurally generated vegetation, organic assets, and architectural facade kits. Manage and mentor a procedural art team, collaborate with Houdini/Tech Art and Environment teams, optimize workflows for scalability across platforms, and ensure production readiness, quality, and risk visibility for large-scale environments.

Lead and mentor a character art team to create high-quality, real-time characters at scale across body, face, hair, and wardrobe. Own visual quality, scalability, performance (LODs/runtime), and modular pipelines. Collaborate with Tech Art, Animation, and Design to integrate assets for hero and large population systems.
