Lead and develop a team of Air Traffic Controllers and Team Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant ACC operations. Manage hiring, coaching, performance, safety (SMS), incident investigations, fatigue risk and emergency/business continuity planning, licensing/proficiency compliance, budget forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for coordinating safe, efficient air traffic flow in the Montreal Flight Information Region. Roles include Area (IFR) and Tower (VFR) controllers. NAV CANADA provides paid training (12–27 months) and on‑the‑job instruction. Candidates must be bilingual, meet medical/security/drug-screen requirements, be willing to relocate within the region, and complete a rigorous selection process including cognitive testing and assessment centre activities.
