Delivers simulation training, troubleshoots technical issues, trains stakeholders, and supports local and national projects. The role assesses simulation effectiveness, implements updates related to procedures, airspace, technology, and operational training objectives, and provides subject-matter expertise. Requires bilingual English and French communication, technical-system proficiency, collaboration, initiative, and adaptability.

Leads a national portfolio for air traffic services learning development. Manages learning quality specialists, instructional designers, and subject-matter experts; oversees curriculum, courseware, simulations, localization, evaluation, and regulatory alignment. Develops training procedures, budgets, resource plans, and performance standards while supporting teams, influencing stakeholders, and coordinating with unions and management. The role is hybrid with occasional travel across Canadian locations.

Provides electronic maintenance services for complex navigation, surveillance, communications, and air traffic management systems. Supports safe, reliable air navigation operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, teamwork, and problem-solving. The role includes structured training, requires English-French bilingualism, a technical diploma or degree, a valid driver’s license, some lifting, occasional travel, and compliance with security requirements. Previous aviation experience is not required.
