Lead and perform credit examinations and end-to-end credit risk reviews across MUFG Asia & Oceania entities. Assess credit frameworks, underwriting quality, risk-rating integrity, portfolio health, and compliance. Plan and deliver risk-based audit engagements, manage stakeholders, document findings, and drive remediation. Use financial analysis, MIS and data analytics to identify portfolio deterioration and recommend controls improvements.

Support middle-office trade operations by ensuring accurate trade capture, performing ad hoc reporting, responding to inquiries, escalating discrepancies, and interfacing with other units to maintain reconciliation and control processes.

Lead design, delivery, and improvement of contact center services for a financial services firm.
