Build modular UI components, integrate Contentstack with enterprise systems (Okta, Mulesoft, RWS, Coveo), implement analytics and SEO, manage deployments/CDN/DNS, and champion AI-assisted development to improve team velocity and code quality.

Manage assigned public-safety customer service contracts to ensure SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, subcontractor management, contract renewals, revenue forecasting, change management, and service delivery improvements. Act as single customer contact, coordinate with program managers, vendors, and field teams, and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
