Leads design, implementation, integration, production support, and lifecycle management for enterprise content management and survey SaaS platforms. Translates business needs into technical solutions, oversees APIs and authentication, resolves production issues, drives service improvements, manages vendors, and mentors engineers. The role requires extensive application development experience, enterprise SaaS expertise, DevOps proficiency, and bilingual French-English communication.

Design and deploy NLP/ML/GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs) to enhance surveillance and compliance detection. Research novel techniques, build benchmarks, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Financial Crimes, and IT to operationalize models and automate workflows.

Supports HR data governance and lifecycle management, including retention, archival, protection, disposition, data quality, reference data, metadata, and stewardship. Helps develop policies, standards, and controls; manages governance workstreams; collaborates with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders; resolves data issues; monitors processes; and improves compliance and operational efficiency. The role is hybrid in Montreal and requires French and English proficiency.
