Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility and CMDB quality. Administer MID Servers, patterns, probes, sensors, credentials, and integrations; troubleshoot discovery failures; develop automation (PowerShell, Python); manage CI/CD with GitHub and Jenkins; collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and application teams; monitor discovery health and contribute to platform architecture and best practices.
