Pre-sales Solutions Architect who guides customers to design and build scalable, highly available systems using MongoDB Atlas. Works with sales to qualify opportunities, run technical discovery, deliver demos and proofs-of-value, advise on architecture and migrations, drive account strategy, generate demand, travel up to 25%, and mentor peers to ensure customer success.

Lead strategic post-sales relationships for Enterprise (G2000) accounts, driving customer retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Advise on complex MongoDB deployments, conduct business reviews, create success plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, mentor peers, influence product roadmap, and maintain accurate internal systems. Role is Toronto-based hybrid.

Drive new business acquisition within an assigned territory by building and closing a qualified sales pipeline. Prospect into CTOs and engineering/IT leaders, develop strong customer relationships, partner with solution architects, professional services, and channel partners to maximize deal size and customer satisfaction, and participate in sales enablement and training programs.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB's multi-tenant distributed storage systems, ensuring reliability and operational safety while implementing automation solutions and participating in on-call support.

Build and maintain agent skills and the platform for authoring, evaluating, publishing, and monitoring them. Implement CLIs, libraries, CI integrations, evaluation harnesses, metrics, and safety/quality gates. Investigate failures, design datasets and workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve agent behavior and automation reliability.

Build and improve MongoDB’s distributed networking and observability systems. Responsibilities include enhancing networking performance, availability, scalability, resource efficiency, and low-overhead observability; leading medium-sized projects from technical design through delivery; collaborating across the project lifecycle; contributing production C++ code; and participating in code reviews and feature design.

Lead multi-year strategy, product architecture, and monetization for MongoDB's distributed query engine. Drive cross-functional alignment, mentor PMs, engage senior customers, own business cases, and represent the product externally to shape roadmap and market adoption.
