Manage Tier 1/2 incidents, perform packet/log analysis and root cause investigations, support routing/switching/firewalls/WAN/VPN/ZTNA/CASB, maintain documentation, participate in change management and on-call rotation, collaborate with vendors and global teams to improve reliability and automation.
