The Advisor, Business Development will connect academia with industry, facilitate research partnerships, and provide business development support to Mitacs programs and clients.

The Senior Product Manager leads digital strategy and product outcomes, overseeing development, stakeholder management, and optimizing technology investments while collaborating with various teams to drive innovation and product delivery.

Coordinate and support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll administration, training logistics, HR reporting, employee inquiries, and employee experience initiatives. Ensure accurate records, policy maintenance, and process improvements while collaborating with HR team and hiring managers to deliver timely, consistent HR services across a fully remote or hybrid Canadian workforce.
