Leads post-sale delivery and support orchestration for strategic enterprise customers using Microsoft cloud products and services. Manages customer relationships, aligns success plans with account priorities, coordinates programs and technical stakeholders, tracks adoption and consumption milestones, drives technology usage, and identifies retention or churn risks. The role requires bilingual English and French communication and combines technical cloud expertise, service delivery management, business understanding, and customer success leadership.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by leading business planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, communications, performance management, organizational health, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into execution plans, establish success metrics, manage operational reviews and business continuity, coordinate resources, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and ensure organizational alignment, compliance, and measurable results.

Designs and demonstrates Azure AI, application modernization, and cloud-native solutions for Canadian enterprise customers. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, leads discovery and architectural discussions, delivers proof-of-concepts, supports partner-led sales, and influences account strategies and long-term technology roadmaps. Requires technical pre-sales or consulting experience, cloud architecture knowledge, and fluency in English and French.
