Sell and drive adoption of Microsoft AI Workforce solutions for Quebec public sector: engage senior stakeholders, define AI workforce strategies, orchestrate end-to-end solutions, lead consultative/value-based sales, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to close and scale engagements.

Lead commercial strategy and negotiations to drive Microsoft revenue growth. Build trusted customer relationships, design deal constructs, optimize pricing and concessions, identify opportunities (e.g., Copilot), collaborate with Sales and Finance, and ensure compliant, profitable deal execution.

Drive cloud adoption and consumption for strategic, multi‑cloud customers. Build and execute shared success plans, manage executive relationships, orchestrate resources, remove blockers, plan service delivery, lead program and portfolio execution, and develop technical skilling to achieve customer outcomes, retention, and growth.

Design and implement automated validation and testing frameworks for data connectors; modernize connector platforms; investigate and resolve authentication, connectivity, and performance issues; build diagnostics, telemetry, and CI/CD to improve reliability and quality across cloud and on-premises data sources; mentor and contribute to engineering best practices.
