Serve as the primary Employee Relations advisor for Canada (and some US groups). Manage intake, investigations, performance and disciplinary matters, restructurings, labour board cases, and HR projects. Coach leaders, translate data into ER strategies, ensure consistent policy application, document cases in ServiceNow, and support change initiatives to promote a positive workplace.

Administers compensation, benefits, wellness, incentive, recognition, and pay equity programs. Analyzes labor markets, job evaluations, salary ranges, and compensation trends; supports salary recommendations, regulatory compliance, employee communications, and Total Rewards projects. Works with HR and management to maintain equitable, competitive compensation practices and may lead or participate in process-improvement initiatives.

Provide clinical and technical support, training, and education on EP mapping and navigation systems and CAS products; collaborate with sales and clinical teams to drive product adoption, achieve sales objectives, cultivate customer relationships, and serve as a regional champion for mapping technology. Travel within territory and occasional overnight travel required.
