Review and process health and dental insurance claims by applying coverage policies, verifying member eligibility, researching and validating information, entering and maintaining claims data, performing manual calculations when needed, and providing professional customer service.

The Senior Marketing Advisor will develop and implement marketing communication strategies, create effective communication plans, oversee content creation, and collaborate with teams to drive engagement and brand awareness.
