Analyze and configure employee benefit packages and policies within claims processing and administrative systems. The role evaluates requirements, enters and revises benefit data, supports new group onboarding, troubleshoots administration issues, responds to stakeholder inquiries, maintains workflow documentation, and recommends operational improvements. Success requires strong data analysis, SQL querying, Power BI, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Provides administrative and technical support for group insurance eligibility, enrollment, billing, and digital-tool requests. Reviews and applies insurance contract standards, updates records, enters and validates data, documents and follows up on requests, supports group administrators by phone, communicates with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements. The role also adapts client communications and escalates issues to internal teams when needed.

Lead and coordinate enterprise initiatives using Mission-Based Teams; define objectives, KPIs, governance and decision rights; remove barriers, monitor performance, diagnose risks, report to executives, and drive continuous improvement to realize strategic outcomes.

Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots Workday integrations connecting internal systems, vendors, and enterprise applications. Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Creates integration documentation, test plans, data mappings, reports, and extracts; supports releases, audits, data validation, mass data loads, security, privacy, and data governance. Identifies optimization opportunities and resolves integration failures and data discrepancies.

Manage interfaces and eligibility files for group insurance: perform daily data loading, validation and updates, document procedures, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements and automation.
