Drive revenue growth by managing existing inside-sales accounts, expanding customer relationships, prospecting new business, qualifying opportunities, preparing market-appropriate pricing and strategies, and closing sales. The role requires frequent phone outreach, knowledge of competitor capabilities, value-based selling, negotiation, rigorous follow-up, and collaboration with the broader sales organization while serving rigid packaging customers in industrial, commercial, and food industries.

Perform sorting, cleaning, repairing, testing and preparing reusable containers (totes, drums) for storage and shipment. Follow safety procedures, complete inspection and production documentation, support warehouse operations, and assist with destruction and general plant tasks as directed.
