Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through production. Coordinate Engineering, Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams while managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, costs, quality, and timelines. Facilitate cross-functional decisions, mitigate design, tooling, manufacturing, and supply chain risks, and ensure readiness for design reviews, tooling kick-offs, and production launches.

Develops construction toy products from ideation through production follow-up. Responsibilities include concept sketching, block construction, formal and functional research, color and decoration definition, 3D modeling, prototypes, presentation images, cost and feasibility analysis, injection-ready parts, instruction booklet imagery, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, graphics, marketing, project management, and brand teams.

Leads multiple end-to-end product development programs for Mattel Building Sets, coordinating engineering, design, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Manages integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, costs, quality, and timelines. Facilitates cross-functional decisions and ensures readiness for design reviews, tooling launches, and production start-up. The role requires engineering or technical education, more than five years of relevant experience, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and French-English bilingualism.
