Manage trade expenditure processes for the French market, including customer agreements, trade conditions, claims, settlements, reconciliations, accruals, rebates, and financial reporting. Support month-end and year-end close, forecasting, budgeting, audits, governance, and process improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Trade teams, Key Account Managers, and international stakeholders while maintaining accurate data across Xtel, Atlas, SAP, BlackLine, and TPM tools.

Leads global strategic sourcing for Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services. Manages procurement lifecycles, RFPs, negotiations, supplier agreements, onboarding, governance, supplier relationships, category planning, and cost optimization. Partners with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, Human Resources, and other functions in a global matrix organization. Supports risk mitigation, acquisitions, organizational changes, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Leads commercial sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation across Mars segments and regional spend. The role secures pricing, capacity, service levels, and supplier performance while ensuring policy compliance and supporting category teams, buyers, requisitioners, and business stakeholders. It also identifies process improvements, communicates risks and opportunities, and provides insights into supplier performance and purchasing trends.
