Manages technology and cybersecurity standards governance within a second-line risk environment. Oversees standards lifecycle processes, risk and control initiatives, governance forums, reporting, issue remediation, and continuous process improvement. Partners with Technology, Cybersecurity, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks and regulatory expectations. Develops scalable workflows, documentation, dashboards, and oversight practices while coordinating cross-functional programs and challenging risk assessments.

Provides bilingual English and French customer support for inforce life insurance policies. Resolves billing and policy-change inquiries, researches customer histories, applies payments and deposits, processes refunds, wires, chargebacks, and payment updates, and communicates resolutions to internal business areas. The role also supports service quality, operational efficiency, and individual and team performance objectives.
