Lead a team providing administration support for Group Benefits clients, ensuring quality service and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Provide bilingual (French/English) phone and email sales support to mortgage brokers, lenders, and internal sales teams. Set up and maintain broker and lender profiles, resolve escalations, assist with policy and compensation inquiries, deliver broker training, suggest process improvements, and collaborate across teams to support Mortgage Protection Plan processes and tools.

Serve as the MGA back-office coordinator for new and in-force insurance business: manage WealthServ tasks, review and process applications, order medical/underwriting requirements, handle shared mailbox communications, update policy and contract records, track SLAs, escalate complex issues, and maintain comprehensive case notes while supporting advisors and carriers to ensure accurate, timely policy processing.
