The Licensed Assistant supports Corporate Advisors in administrative tasks, client service, and account management while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Lead insurance operations strategic initiatives and change management, including strategic planning, KPI reporting, portfolio alignment, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and chief-of-staff support for the VP. Manage reporting cycles, drive communication and change enablement, facilitate ideation and annual planning, and ensure resources and training are in place to execute transformation objectives.
