The Director of Performance Management will develop and implement performance management programs, oversee evaluations, and partner with leaders for talent development, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Designs and delivers training and development programs for attorneys and business professionals, including mock-style trainings, orientations, practice-group curricula, mentoring programs, and CLE administration. Manages LMS/CLE systems, vendor relationships, budgeting, surveys, competency frameworks, and supervises junior team members while collaborating across departments to implement firmwide learning initiatives.

The Senior Conflicts Attorney will analyze and resolve conflicts of interest, guide partners on ethical compliance, and develop best practices for risk management.
