Build and operate scalable AI platform services, internal APIs, and production workflows integrating LLMs and AI tools. Own reliability through observability, alerting, incident response, performance tuning, cost optimization, capacity planning, CI/CD, and infrastructure improvements. The role requires Python backend development, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, and cross-layer experience spanning services, data, infrastructure, and AI tooling.

Build and maintain React Native foundations and tooling for an internal mobile developer platform. Integrate AI-native workflows, consolidate SDKs, CI pipelines, build tools, and reusable components, raise engineering standards, and collaborate with platform and product teams to accelerate mobile feature delivery.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development of MaintainX reporting, analytics, and ROI products. Expand capabilities from frontline managers to enterprise stakeholders, including operations, finance, and EHS leaders. Partner with sales to support enterprise deals, define customer and business metrics, manage cross-team data dependencies, and guide designers and engineers toward measurable outcomes.
