Own production reliability and infrastructure operations for the GrayKey cloud platform. Responsibilities include AWS monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, networking, IAM and Okta administration, EKS and Argo CD operations, backups, recovery testing, Terraform changes, cost optimization, automation, documentation, and compliance support. The role requires independent work during Pacific and Mountain time-zone hours and involves less than 5% travel.

Own the architecture and evolution of a mature server-rendered web UI for the Graykey platform. Establish frontend conventions, improve performance, implement testing, analytics instrumentation, real-time UI patterns, and web security practices. Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams while working regularly with Python and Jinja templates. Build reliable interfaces for constrained, on-premises environments and provide technical direction through code reviews and pairing.

Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and automated testing suites for digital forensic software. Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to improve testability, validate software quality, track defects, debug complex systems, and implement CI/CD pipeline testing using Python, PyTest, APIs, Docker, Linux, and related tools.
