Business Analyst responsible for translating AI governance, risk, and security requirements into traceable business needs for agentic AI platforms. The role requires hands-on AI TRISM and Agent 365 experience, end-to-end requirements management, impact analysis, dependency tracking, and solution validation through deployment in an agile environment.

Supports final delivery of a group insurance data mart in Azure through 2027. Translates stakeholder reporting and dashboard needs into functional specifications for BI developers, validates data models and ETL sources, and conducts UAT on Power BI deliverables. Facilitates business workshops, collaborates with IT, architects, developers, and business experts, and contributes to solution analysis, business cases, and issue resolution.

Analyze and document source data, business rules, functional specifications, data models, and ETL requirements for a large-scale Azure data platform. Support architects, developers, business experts, and QA through data profiling, Power BI platform configuration, test case creation, validation scripts, and execution. Quickly assume ownership of an ongoing project while managing complexity and meeting deadlines.
