Define, design, and document application requirements and component specifications for an auto-insurance quoting project. Write functional test cases, execute manual unit tests, support testing phases, collaborate with stakeholders, track issues, and prepare project documentation. Work includes aligning with development teams and leveraging SOA/Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Enterprise Architect.

Lead and coach multiple development teams to deliver SDLC solutions for an LLM-enabled insurance quoting prototype. Define methodologies, technology choices, and testing automation (functional and non-functional). Drive development lifecycle products across design, code, testing and operations while applying best practices in development, data, and security. Represent teams to senior management, document frameworks, mentor developers, and stay current on technological trends. English level: Intermediate.

Design, configure, maintain and upgrade networks, management systems and database servers. Develop and support small-to-medium IT systems and applications, analyze client needs, write specs and documentation, provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, install/test software, and deliver user training.
