Supports DO-178C and DO-254 certification activities, SQA audits, compliance checks, certification artifact preparation, configuration management, change control, traceability, and evidence-package maintenance. The role works with engineering and certification teams to ensure safety-critical software processes and deliverables meet standards, assists with audits, tracks gaps and review closures, and improves repeatable quality workflows. It also provides focused support for safety-relevant verification and offers development toward a long-term certification and SQA career.

Build and maintain Python automation tools, test frameworks, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines supporting functional, regression, and performance testing. Investigate test and pipeline failures, validate software fixes, improve automation coverage and reliability, and communicate actionable results. Partner with QA, Engineering, and DevOps teams on tooling and enterprise changes. Provide technical guidance, mentor co-op students, support hiring, and report on team progress, risks, priorities, and initiatives.
