Serve as the primary People partner for Lyft Urban Solutions and Montreal site, advising managers on performance, development, retention, employee relations, organizational changes, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and headcount. Apply Quebec employment law, manage local compliance, use people data for recommendations, support salaried and hourly teams, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Employee Relations, and other People functions.

Serves as the Montreal site’s primary HR partner for Lyft Urban Solutions, advising leaders on workforce planning, performance, development, retention, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and organizational change. Manages Quebec-specific HR compliance, including CNESST, OQLF, and the 1% training law. Uses workforce data to guide recommendations, collaborates with Finance on headcount costs, and supports both salaried office employees and hourly frontline staff in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Supports field-quality investigations for bikes, e-bikes, batteries, and stations by inspecting failed parts, performing basic electrical tests, monitoring field data, and identifying emerging hardware issues. The intern will build reliability dashboards and queries, support field upgrade campaigns, improve repair procedures and diagnostic guides, and document root-cause investigations and corrective actions in Jira. The role is full-time onsite in Longueuil and involves collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and market operations teams.
