Teams at LFG Construction

Maintains camp and worksite water systems, clears snow, sands surfaces, transports workers and materials, manages waste, supports food deliveries, performs basic repairs and cleaning, and assists with general camp, garage, and construction-site tasks. The role is based at a remote northern Quebec worksite on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation for approximately five months.

Organiser, diriger et contrôler les travaux de construction selon plans et devis; superviser les équipes; gérer matériel, échéanciers et ressources; assurer qualité et santé-sécurité; collaborer avec le chargé de projet; optimiser méthodes et coûts; disponibilité en rotation 14/14 au Nord-du-Québec jusquoctobre 2026, puis affectation en Gaspésie ou aux Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of large building construction projects. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors and site teams; ensure quality, safety, client satisfaction, and approval of technical documents throughout project lifecycle.
