Manage the post-onboarding lifecycle for an SMB book, driving customer health, retention, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, engage customers routinely to identify priorities and expansion opportunities, document requests/issues, maintain records in Customer Success software, and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to improve the customer experience.

Manage customer visualizer integrations end-to-end, partner with Professional Services and internal teams to deliver and design maintainable visualizer solutions, maintain processes and documentation, and provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure on-time, high-quality customer experiences.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution to expand into the furniture segment. Drive product launches, sales enablement, competitor and industry analysis, customer interviews, relationship building, cross-functional roadmap alignment, and KPI-driven iteration to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
