Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers for mid-market accounts to maximize retention and revenue. Serve as customer advocate across Product, Sales, and Leadership, manage escalations, develop playbooks and technical knowledge, analyze data to drive strategic recommendations, and implement processes to improve customer outcomes and team performance.

Perform product analytics by analyzing large datasets, running A/B tests, building dashboards, applying statistical methods and ML for forecasting and segmentation, and communicating insights to product, sales, and customers to drive adoption and product improvements.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will create innovative product design experiences using Figma, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine designs based on data-driven insights to enhance user experience.
