The role reviews junior accountants’ work, coaches team members, manages deadlines, supports budgeting and forecasting, and helps develop accounting processes for business growth.

Own the definition and launch of a greenfield iOS and Android consumer app. Develop product concepts, write specifications, coordinate engineering delivery, define success metrics, and use data, experimentation, and user feedback to guide decisions. Apply computer vision and AI capabilities to create polished, intuitive consumer experiences while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Leads a team of Customer Success Managers serving mid-market customers, growing retention and revenue, supporting escalations, and improving customer experiences. The role requires coaching CSMs, developing customer growth strategies, documenting technical solutions, representing customer needs internally, analyzing performance data, and partnering with Product, Sales, and Leadership. Candidates should have customer success or account management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, SaaS familiarity, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
