The Senior Accountant prepares financial statements and manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Responsibilities include inventory and cost accounting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, margin analysis, budgeting support, internal controls, external audits, ERP optimization, process automation, and management reporting. The role also provides financial insights to leadership and mentors junior accounting staff.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial property portfolio: supervise property and maintenance teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, conduct inspections, improve tenant satisfaction, and report to senior management.

Supports family office legal and corporate governance by maintaining corporate minute books and registers, coordinating legal documentation and filings, managing signatures and records, liaising with external counsel and advisors, supporting incorporations and transactions, preparing board meeting materials, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
