Designs underwear, intimates, and base-layer collections from concept through production. Responsibilities include trend research, mood boards, color palettes, fashion sketches, CADs, technical drawings, tech packs, customer presentations, fit-session feedback, sample reviews, and collaboration with sales, sourcing, quality, and production teams. The role also manages design files, fabric and trim approvals, project priorities, and deadlines while adapting collections to customer needs, markets, and target price points.

The Demand Planner develops merchandise and sales forecasts, manages open-to-buy budgets and inventory levels, and coordinates replenishment across wholesale and multichannel operations. The role analyzes sales, costs, margins, tariffs, and forecast accuracy; prepares performance and inventory reports; supports product launches; and partners with sales, merchandising, production, logistics, and wholesale customers to optimize product availability, profitability, and inventory investment.

Supports demand-planning activities by extracting sales and inventory data, maintaining recurring Excel reports, comparing actual sales with forecasts, monitoring stock levels, and analyzing fill-rate and OTIF performance. The role assists with replenishment reviews, order tracking, discrepancy investigation, and ad hoc reporting while collaborating with planning, customer service, and logistics teams.
