The Senior Accountant prepares financial statements and manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Responsibilities include inventory and cost accounting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, margin analysis, budgeting support, internal controls, external audits, ERP optimization, process automation, and management reporting. The role also provides financial insights to leadership and mentors junior accounting staff.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial property portfolio: supervise property and maintenance teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, conduct inspections, improve tenant satisfaction, and report to senior management.

Supports family office legal and corporate governance by maintaining corporate minute books and registers, coordinating legal documentation and filings, managing signatures and records, liaising with external counsel and advisors, supporting incorporations and transactions, preparing board meeting materials, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

Lead creative and technical apparel design from concept to final product for men's underwear, loungewear and baselayers. Conduct trend research, develop CAD sketches and tech packs, select fabrics/trims, manage PLM data, present concepts, and collaborate with packaging and cross‑functional teams to meet brand and seasonal objectives.

Support sourcing strategies, manage supplier selection and development, prepare and validate garment cost sheets, lead cost negotiations, track product development and sampling, provide early cost visibility, drive cost optimization and continuous improvement across fabrics, trims and manufacturing.

Drive wholesale and retail demand planning: produce forecasts, open-to-buy reports, support product launches, monitor inventory and replenishment, analyze sales trends, present results, and coordinate cross-functional planning to optimize stock and sales performance.

Support sales and merchandising by resolving customer issues, creating line sheets and UPCs, maintaining SKU/product data in ERP and customer portals, coordinating samples and production, tracking shipments and BOMs, generating sales/inventory reports, and liaising with Design, Logistics, Accounting and factories to ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy.
