Coordinate interviews, calendars, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics. Manage Greenhouse and Gem workflows, data quality, reports, and dashboards. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and recruiting operations while owning process improvement projects.

Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to scope technical data programs, design pipelines and measurement, write instructions, and ensure data quality. Own hiring, onboarding, staffing, craft standards, tooling for reuse, and cross-functional alignment to keep FDEs focused on high-level technical work and career development.

The Forward Deployed Research Scientist engages directly with AI labs to develop data strategies, fine-tune models, run experiments, and collaborate on publishing research, all in a fast-paced client-focused setting.
