Serve as HR Business Partner for Canada providing strategic and hands-on HR support: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with federal and provincial laws, performance management, HRIS and payroll support, training coordination, site travel for onboarding and investigations, and promoting employee engagement and wellness.

Lead on-site maintenance and customer-facing operations for automated storage and retrieval and picking systems. Manage budgets, SLAs, supplier interfaces, safety, PPM schedules, staffing, training, reporting, and escalation procedures to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
