Manage Kinaxis’s enterprise vulnerability management program across corporate and SaaS environments. Administer and tune scanning platforms, reconcile asset coverage, assess threat intelligence, prioritize vulnerabilities by risk, and coordinate remediation through closure. Produce metrics and reports, maintain procedures and SLAs, provide remediation guidance, manage vendor relationships, respond to customer vulnerability inquiries, and operate controlled AI-assisted workflows with human validation and security safeguards.

The Product Operations Specialist improves product execution by designing scalable processes, governance frameworks, workflows, reporting structures, metrics, and operating standards. The role identifies bottlenecks, tooling gaps, data-quality issues, and inefficiencies; implements automation and process improvements; analyzes operational trends; and facilitates alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and other teams. This position supports consistent planning, lifecycle management, release readiness, decision-making, and continuous improvement across the product organization.

Leads Kinaxis’ global Talent Programs portfolio, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, employee listening, competencies, skills frameworks, and career development. Translates talent strategy into integrated roadmaps, scalable processes, governance, and measurable outcomes. Partners with HR and business leaders, uses workforce and employee insights to guide priorities, drives innovation through technology and AI, manages external resources, and leads a team of Talent professionals.
