Lead strategy and execution for online and digital shopper marketing programs across Kenvue. Translate strategy into operational plans, roadmaps, and KPIs; manage budgets and resources; lead and develop teams; partner with retailers, brand, finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders; use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.

Lead IBP demand planning for assigned franchises, develop and manage 24-month forecasts, drive forecast accuracy and inventory strategy, coordinate SLOB and promotional/display execution, support NPIs and seasonal planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop team capabilities to meet sales, service, and inventory targets.

Support and implement U.S. Primary Care/OTC (Allergy & Digestive Health) marketing strategy to engage PCPs. Develop omni-channel professional marketing, support new product launch strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze market insights and KPIs, and work in-field with Professional Sales to drive activation.
