Provides study-level statistical expertise for clinical trial design, analysis, and interpretation. Responsibilities include protocol and statistical analysis plan review, tables/listings/figures oversight, clinical study report support, regulatory submissions, publications, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical research, operations, data management, and programming teams.

Own the full lifecycle of analytics and digital products supporting North American supply chain operations. Partner with business, technology, and data teams to identify opportunities, define roadmaps, translate requirements, develop Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions, and drive deployment, adoption, automation, and continuous improvement. Use data storytelling and stakeholder influence to improve service, reduce costs, optimize inventory, and increase operational effectiveness.

Analyzes retailer, marketplace, syndicated, and household panel data to identify customer and category growth opportunities for Target’s Self Care business. Develops assortment, pricing, promotion, competitive, seasonal, and omni-channel recommendations for online and in-store growth. Presents insights, collaborates with customer development managers and internal partners, supports go-to-market initiatives, and improves analytical best practices and accuracy.
