Runs and modernizes AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, containers, databases, monitoring, and deployment pipelines supporting live games. Builds AI-assisted operational workflows, automates infrastructure and IT processes, maintains security and access controls, optimizes cloud costs, troubleshoots incidents, and participates in on-call support. The role also supports remote-team IT, documentation, patching, backups, migrations, and reliability improvements.

Perform hands-on product and player analytics across onboarding, retention, monetization, progression and LiveOps. Build and QA ETL pipelines in an AWS analytics stack, write cost- and performance-aware SQL, support A/B testing, and create reusable AI-enabled analytical workflows and notebooks to inform product, marketing, and LiveOps decisions.
