Supports approximately 900 Canadian employees across unionized and non-unionized environments. Advises leaders on employee relations, labour relations, performance, policy, collective agreements, talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change. Partners with HR centers of expertise, recruitment teams, and compliance groups; coaches HR professionals and managers; leads continuous-improvement initiatives; and presents HR programs. The role requires fluency in French and English and is remote in Canada, preferably Quebec.

Designs, builds, and maintains automated test environments and regression suites for integrated fire alarm products. Develops Python automation tools, configures hardware test equipment, maintains CI/CD verification pipelines, analyzes failures with AI-assisted techniques, and supports root-cause investigations. The role improves automated test coverage, reduces manual testing, and strengthens product quality and release confidence through hardware-software integration and continuous verification.

Promote and sell Johnson Controls security products and services to commercial customers. Build relationships, generate leads, close new business, identify upsell opportunities, manage territory and call plans, complete required documentation, and follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
