Provides field IT support for hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices, servers, network equipment, and VOIP systems. Responsibilities include incident resolution, endpoint vulnerability remediation, PC lifecycle and asset management, access administration, IT security compliance, audit support, procurement, vendor coordination, and satellite-office support. The role also delivers walk-up and Smart Hands services, supports enterprise projects, and travels as required while meeting service-level targets.

Provide HR guidance and coaching for ~900 employees across multiple business units (unionized and non-unionized). Lead workforce planning, employee relations, labour relations, change management, continuous improvement initiatives, talent strategy, and HR program delivery. Partner with centres of expertise and talent teams, support remote workforce needs, and coach HR colleagues and business leaders on complex and sensitive employee issues.

Promote and sell Johnson Controls security products and services to commercial customers. Build relationships, generate leads, close new business, identify upsell opportunities, manage territory and call plans, complete required documentation, and follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
