Lead People Operations day-to-day and strategy for payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS, immigration coordination, and global workforce operations. Manage a distributed People Ops team, establish SLAs and workflows, oversee EOR vendor relationships, and drive automation and process excellence.

Lead DriveShield product to become a daily habit for drivers by improving trip tracking, driving scores, rewards, notifications, and AI personalization. Own experimentation, analytics, user research, and cross-functional delivery with Design, Engineering, and Data to boost adoption, engagement, retention, and trust.
