Partner with Market Owners and leadership on strategic priorities, performance tracking, forecasting, growth opportunities, and data-driven decisions. Own analyses from problem definition through executive storytelling and implementation. Build planning rhythms, goals, metrics, analytical frameworks, and self-service tools while collaborating across Marketing, Support, and other teams. The role requires strong quantitative reasoning, structured problem-solving, operational excellence, independence, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead the technical vision and scaling of Jane’s AWS infrastructure. Design highly available, multi-region systems, operate databases at scale, improve platform reliability, reduce alert noise, strengthen security and compliance, and guide other engineering teams on cloud architecture. Drive ambiguous, cross-team infrastructure initiatives, build consensus, participate in on-call rotations, and help the team use AI tools responsibly.

Lead product design for Jane’s Activation team, improving clinic discovery, signup, onboarding, setup, and first-90-day experiences. Use user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and activation metrics to reduce friction, improve conversion and retention, and accelerate customer value. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data partners, and designers while aligning stakeholders and communicating decisions through compelling storytelling. Apply AI in daily design workflows and contribute to a high-growth SaaS environment.
