Lead and grow an AI-first software development team focused on clinic activation and onboarding. The manager will remain hands-on through architecture reviews, pairing, code shipping, and technical direction. They will partner with product, design, and data to run weekly releases, instrumentation, and experiments, while shaping AI-driven onboarding and responsible AI adoption. The role also requires coaching developers, owning activation outcomes, and partnering with adjacent AI and product teams.

Produce and maintain marketing assets across social, web, email, events, partnerships, and paid media. Design landing pages in Figma and WordPress, maintain accessible HubSpot email modules, support lifecycle campaigns, and build reusable templates. Collaborate with marketing and web teams, apply design systems and accessibility standards, troubleshoot HTML and CSS, and use AI tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining brand quality.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Jane’s marketing website, including information architecture, navigation, page strategy, organic and answer-engine visibility, and conversion optimization. Use customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve performance. Partner with product marketing, brand, content, design, engineering, and web platform teams to turn strategic direction into a coherent, accessible, high-performing website.
