Leads process improvement, employee onboarding and training, standard operating procedure development, work-instruction maintenance, and operational documentation. Partners with Operations, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, implement improvements, support change management, and monitor training effectiveness. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, documentation, and problem-solving skills in a bilingual English-French operational environment.

Owns Salesforce architecture, solution design, integration strategy, data governance, security, scalability, and technical direction. The role designs solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ; governs APIs and enterprise integrations; reviews code and configurations; mentors technical teams; manages architecture standards and risks; and supports project discovery, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

Coordinates inbound international shipments from booking through receipt, including customs clearance, freight documentation, tracking, cost validation, and ERP updates. Produces logistics KPI dashboards and transit reports, maintains supplier procedures, resolves shipment and receiving issues, and supports compliance with transportation regulations. The role also contributes to process improvements, duty drawback claims, and collaboration with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
