Provides financial, billing, administrative, and operational support for third-party logistics sites. Responsibilities include revenue and cost variance analysis, billing issue resolution, KPI tracking, P&L reporting support, client and stakeholder coordination, office administration, business continuity support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise warehouse and logistics operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, team training, performance management, safety, quality, productivity, and cost control. The role requires warehouse leadership experience, WMS knowledge, KPI monitoring, conflict resolution, physical lifting, flexible scheduling, and weekend availability as needed.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, drive retention and account expansion, support renewals and contract negotiations, develop account plans and proposals using Salesforce, and resolve complex service and billing escalations. The role requires customer success or strategic account management experience, enterprise contract renewal knowledge, negotiation skills, a four-year degree, and on-site attendance.
