Leads the Accounts Payable function, overseeing invoice and payment processing, supplier relationships, compliance, reporting, month-end and year-end close support, and team development. Drives AP automation, AI adoption, process improvement, working capital initiatives, and change management. Partners with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and service levels across the Procure-to-Pay process.

Processes and validates purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices, reconciles vendor accounts, prepares payments, resolves exceptions, and supports month-end activities. The role analyzes accounts payable data, maintains controls and documentation, responds to vendors and internal teams, and contributes to automation, artificial intelligence initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
