Coordinates last-mile logistics operations, including unloading, scanning, sorting, shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory support, returns, customer pickups, documentation, reporting, and data entry. Maintains warehouse systems, resolves delivery issues, supports customers and clients, trains new employees, follows safety procedures, and helps ensure operational quality and efficiency.

Owns the operational health, administration, optimization, monitoring, and lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms. Responsibilities include permissions management, configuration tuning, security alert and incident investigation, threat hunting, remediation coordination, backup and disaster recovery, change management, compliance reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires hands-on experience with multiple cybersecurity technologies, scripting and query languages, security frameworks, platform hardening, and 5–10+ years of relevant experience.

Lead the vulnerability management program across IT and OT environments. Monitor threat intelligence, automate workflows, coordinate testing and remediation, prioritize vulnerabilities using contextual risk analysis, reduce false positives, and improve scanning coverage. Partner with vendors, system administrators, development, and DevOps teams. Produce reports and dashboards for technical and executive stakeholders, while evaluating AI-generated security findings and recommendations.
