Provide strategic legal support for international last-mile logistics operations: draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements; advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and pre-litigation dispute resolution; manage external counsel; monitor regulatory developments; improve legal processes and implement AI tools.

Analyze client, product, and operational profitability; build and maintain profitability models and dashboards; prepare financial reports and variance analysis; partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives; perform ad hoc financial analysis and post-implementation reviews to identify cost savings and improve margins.
