Lead overall company strategy and vision, oversee the executive team and operations, drive fundraising and partnerships, ensure financial health, represent the company to stakeholders, and set culture and long-term goals.

Maintain and operate hosting for ~50 websites (server, CMS updates, security, performance). Handle recurring client updates and bug fixes on bilingual WordPress/Webflow sites, integrate APIs, develop custom features, and build internal tools and AI agents using agentic tools and AI APIs. Communicate with clients in French and English and perform technical SEO and performance recommendations.

Lead multi-channel paid acquisition strategy and campaign execution across Search, Social, Programmatic and Retail Media. Optimize account structure, bidding, creatives and A/B tests, track KPIs (ROAS/CPA/CPC), build dashboards and reports, and propose adtech/experiment-driven innovations to drive client growth and ROI.
