Write, edit and maintain scientific and technical proposal content for CRO study bids. Coordinate SMEs and KOL input, manage RFI/RFP materials and templates, ensure compliance and quality, support proposal/contract managers and meet tight proposal timelines.

Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia formats. Translate complex scientific and clinical content into clear, engaging visuals, develop templates and design systems, maintain brand consistency, create animations/videos/interactive content, and leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, communications, and business development.

Support daily accounting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-/year-end tasks, and financial reporting. Maintain documentation and accounting system data, participate in quality control, and assist with process improvement while learning accounting practices and internal controls.
