Write, edit and maintain scientific and technical proposal content for CRO study bids. Coordinate SMEs and KOL input, manage RFI/RFP materials and templates, ensure compliance and quality, support proposal/contract managers and meet tight proposal timelines.

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of Phase I/II clinical trials. Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, TMF, site activation, regulatory submissions, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and CRA oversight to ensure GCP/ICH/FDA and Health Canada compliance.

The Project Manager II is responsible for managing clinical trials, overseeing project resources, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
