Lead creative quality for a high-volume social and UGC studio. Review storyboards, footage, and edits; provide precise feedback on hooks, pacing, cuts, overlays, sound, and design. Support shoots, curate platform inspiration, guide strategists and editors, run creative reviews, build quality standards and reference libraries, and approve the agency’s external creative identity.
