Lead and grow a national dealer network for auto financing. Manage regional sales directors, set and track sales targets, drive business development and strategic partnerships, analyze KPIs and territory performance, collaborate with credit, operations and marketing, and recruit and develop sales talent to meet volume, revenue and profitability goals.

Lead the group legal function for Iceberg Finance, managing corporate, employment, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, structured financing, litigation, collections, fraud matters, third-party/vendor agreements, and support for securitization and financing transactions.
