Analyzes pension life-event cases, including deaths, separations, decumulation, locked-in fund unlocking, bankruptcy, and garnishment. Reviews legal documents, applies provincial legislation, determines beneficiaries and payment eligibility, performs pension calculations, processes financial transactions, issues tax slips, resolves exceptions, and conducts peer reviews. Communicates with members and internal teams to obtain documentation and resolve complex or conflicting information.

Designs complex networking solutions across hybrid and cloud environments, leading projects from architecture through production deployment. The role includes creating secure, automated, self-service networking services; supporting application and API connectivity; advancing NetDevOps and Infrastructure as Code; documenting solutions; and mentoring analysts. The designer collaborates with development teams, vendors, and technology partners while applying expertise in cloud networking, routing, application delivery, firewalls, and automation.

Processes client requests and transactions for group savings and retirement products. Provides written and verbal customer service, analyzes straightforward requests, meets financial and regulatory deadlines, prepares reports and tax slips, performs accounting entries, and reviews nonfinancial transactions for accuracy. Requires attention to detail, communication, adaptability, teamwork, customer focus, Microsoft Office knowledge, and familiarity with group savings and retirement products.
