Provide executive and administrative support to the Vice-President and leadership team: manage calendars, travel and expenses, organize documents and meetings, prepare presentations and dashboards, track approvals and budgets, support internal communications, draft/translate/proofread executive documents, and recommend process improvements.

Supervise compliance for managed accounts: perform quarterly portfolio and pooled fund trade reviews; review/approve NCAFs, KYC, and IPS; advise and train Portfolio Managers; resolve compliance issues; enhance supervision systems and stay current on regulatory changes.

Support financial planning and performance for Group Insurance and Savings Solutions: prepare forecasts, analyze variances, develop KPIs, coordinate budgeting, contribute to pricing, improve processes, and build dashboards/reports using PBCS, Excel, and Power BI.
